We felt right at home when we arrived here. Everything felt perfect and comfy. The staffs were all nice! The place itself is something we find the most comfortable place that we have so far and we really love it. The amenities and complimentary stuffs they gave us were very much appreciated too. Even the towels and air conditioning was ready as well. We look forward to coming back here and also recommending this to our friends! Thank you so much Phil and team! ✨

Very nice place. We have a great stay. Very close to everything. The host was responsive, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The property had all the essentials and more. Five stars for this exceptional Airbnb experience.Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quality stay! One more, going to BGC is like 150 php using Grab and 250 pesos to MOA ☺️

We had another wonderful stay at Phil’s Airbnb, and it was just as impressive as the first. Everything remained consistently excellent—from the friendly and attentive lobby security to the unbeatable location that made getting around so convenient. Phil was once again a fantastic host, with clear and prompt communication that made everything stress-free. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well-organized, which we really appreciated. The amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and relaxing throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed Phil's place on our return stay. Having a washer that also drys felt just like home. It is ready to use and works well. We were able to cook beef soup which makes my day. Phil is very responsive. I will definitely look for his place again when I return to manila.

I really appreciate the cleanliness and the beauty of the room. The bed was so comfy and big and the television was also big. The internet was fast too. The kitchen things was also complete. And the host response was also fast.
